.  Meticulously handmade from a 20-step traditional recipe which includes an eight-step fermentation process

‧  Strictly selected natural ingredients to make five-color noodles
Blue (Mate-tea) Rich in vitamins and minerals
Red (Red plum) Prevents urethritis
White (Whole wheat) Rich in dietary fiber
Black (Black rice) Rich in anthocyanin yet low in carbohydrates.
Yellow (Sweet pumpkin) A very good source of vitamin A and C

1. Knead the dough, compress and ferment

2. Roll the dough and put into a basket. Repeat the fermentation and stretch

3. Keep stretching and fermenting. Stretch the dough thinner and ferment again

ferment

6. Stretch the noodle into strands that are 2m long and 1mm thick. Proceed to the drying stage
