Seafood Congee

The delicious and nutritious seafood congee is made for different age groups. The Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder added helps boost your energy level!

Ingredients (for 2 people)
Squid 30g
Shrimp 2pcs
Clams 80g
Oysters 30g
Sliced ginger 10g
Night fragrant flower 10g
Chopped spring sprout a handful
Rice 2 bowls
LAKONIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil a splash
Salt and white pepper a handful
Chicken stock 700ml

Method
1 Cut the squid into small pieces, then peel and devein the shrimp. Dice the night fragrant flower also.
2 Preheat the pot and add a splash of LAKONIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lightly fry the chopped spring sprout then fry together with the clams, shrimp and squid until they are partially cooked.
3 Add in the chicken stock, All Plant Protein Powder, rice, sliced ginger, salt and white pepper. Boil until slightly thickened.
4 Finally, add in the oysters and diced night fragrant flower. Serve.
